An important document that must be filled out prior to any pet sitting visit or overnight stay is the "Pet Sitting Enrollment Contract". This will be completed at the time of the Pet Sitting Enrollment Visit (FREE of charge) which must be scheduled before you are away and your pets are cared for. It is necessary that this be completed in full because it will ensure that your pet is cared for properly.

 

Some important information you will provide includes: contact information, emergency contacts, feeding instructions, medication instructions (if needed), medical/behavioral concerns, veterinary information, etc.

 

Another document that will be left in your home upon completion of pet sitting is a "Pet Report Card". This will let you know how your pet(s) was/were while you were away.

 

Your invoice/receipt will also be left in your home upon completion of the care for your pet(s).
